When will my order arrive?

Processing times vary depending on the items ordered. See the item description for full processing times. Items will arrive 3-6 business days after shipped

How will I receive my tracking info?

When your order finishes proccessing and begins its journey to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order is placed we immediately begin creating it for you, so please make sure you have chosen the correct items as we can't change or cancel them once purchased.

Can I return my purchase?

Due to the nature of our business, we can not accept returns at this time. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of our craftsmanship, we will send you another item at no additional cost once our original product has been returned.

Can I rush my order

Yes absolutely! We can design and create almost anything for you to have something truly custom.

Damaged or missing items?

damaged items must be reported 7 days after receiving shipment. Please send your order number and a photo of the damaged product to . We will only replace items that arrived damaged, not damaged due to use.
